Shade for effect. *Be careful to draw with your mind as well as hand, so memory will engage the map. --------------------------------- On-going geography: We will be discussing the geography of land; pay attention to the map below on the physical features of ancient Palestine. *Jot down the four main features. *Find and make a mental note of the following regions: Moab, Edom, Negev, Bashan, Galilee, Samaria, Judea; *Find the following highways: Way of Shur, Way of the Sea, King's Highway. *Use the handout map of ancient Palestine from class, you might want to sketch a rough draft of the regions above-mentioned. |
